1. What Gradpreneur AI provides

Gradpreneur AI is an AI-driven and mentor-led platform designed to help students and graduates move from job seeking to job creation. The platform may support idea generation, idea refinement, validation, UK-market business planning, market research, roadmap creation, mentor preparation, accelerator readiness, community access, and investor-readiness pathways.

Gradpreneur AI is not a guarantee that a business will launch, raise investment, generate revenue, be accepted into an accelerator, or succeed commercially.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate information when requesting access, joining the pilot, creating a profile, or using platform features.
• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your role, or submit information you are not authorised to share.
• We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where we believe there is misuse, security risk, breach of these terms, or unlawful activity.

3. AI tools and outputs

Gradpreneur AI may generate business ideas, validation prompts, business plans, roadmaps, market research summaries, financial assumptions, mentor-preparation notes, and investor-readiness materials based on information you provide.

• AI outputs are for support, planning, and educational purposes.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs, checking accuracy, validating assumptions, and making your own decisions.
• AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.
• You should not treat AI outputs as legal, tax, accounting, immigration, investment, medical, financial, or professional advice.
• You should not submit confidential third-party information, sensitive personal information, or information you do not have permission to use.

4. Mentors, investors, and partners

Gradpreneur AI may help students and graduates connect with mentors, investors, accelerators, communities, universities, or partners.

• Mentors are independent experts or ecosystem participants who may set their own session rates and availability.
• Mentor guidance is based on their experience and does not guarantee business success, investment, funding, acceptance into programmes, or specific outcomes.
• Investor-readiness features help users prepare stronger evidence and clearer business materials, but they do not guarantee investor introductions, funding, or investment terms.
• Users are responsible for evaluating whether any mentor, investor, partner, opportunity, or advice is suitable for them.

5. Plans, payments, and mentor rates

Gradpreneur AI may offer Free, Standard, Premium, pilot, or other plans. Pricing, plan features, AI credits, and availability may change over time.

• Free plans may include community access and limited AI credits.
• Paid plans may include additional AI credits, business planning tools, accelerator access, mentor discovery, or investor-readiness pathways.
• Mentor rates are separate unless expressly stated. Mentors may set their own prices for sessions, reviews, or guidance.
• Where payments are introduced, payment terms, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and billing details may be provided at checkout or in a separate agreement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Gradpreneur AI. You must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or discriminatory activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or compromise the platform or its security.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
• Use outputs to deceive people, misrepresent evidence, fabricate traction, or present unverified claims as fact.
• Submit confidential information belonging to another person or organisation without permission.

7. Intellectual property

Gradpreneur AI, the website, branding, design, platform workflows, prompts, interface, content, and technology are owned by or licensed to Gradpreneur AI. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform materials except as permitted by us.

You retain responsibility for the information, ideas, and materials you submit. You grant us the rights needed to operate the platform, generate outputs, provide services, support mentors and programmes, maintain security, and improve the experience.

8. Third-party services and links

Gradpreneur AI may integrate or link to third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics tools, payment providers, maps, communication tools, mentor platforms, or partner websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, services, or content.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Gradpreneur AI is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, complete accuracy, investment results, commercial results, or suitability for every user.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gradpreneur AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, funding, or data arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes to the service or terms

We may update, improve, suspend, remove, or change parts of the platform, features, plans, or these terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users where appropriate.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer laws apply differently. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
